30-Day Return Window

FurGrovers accepts returns within 30 days of confirmed delivery. If an item does not meet expectations, a return request may be submitted as outlined below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Items returned outside the 30-day window or not meeting these conditions may not be approved.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to approved returns to cover inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.

The restocking fee applies to:

  • Customer-initiated returns (e.g., ordering the wrong item, sizing issues, or change of mind)
  • Items returned used, damaged, or missing original packaging

No restocking fee is charged for:

  • Defective items
  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items sent by FurGrovers

Any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount after the item is inspected.

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
    If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to fulfillment or carrier error, FurGrovers covers all return shipping costs.
  • Customer-Initiated Returns
    If the return is due to ordering the wrong item, sizing issues, or a change of mind, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
    Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return

  2. Return Authorization
    Our team will review the request and provide return instructions if approved.
  3. Send the Item Back
    Items must be securely packaged and shipped according to the provided instructions.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refund Processing

  • All returns are inspected upon arrival
  • Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after inspection
    (Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider)
  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size, color, or product are available, subject to inventory.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may be final sale due to hygiene or safety reasons.
Any non-returnable products will be clearly labeled on the product page prior to purchase.
