Shipping Destinations
FurGrovers currently ships to the following locations:
- Canada
Orders placed outside these regions are not supported at this time.
Order Processing Time

Order Cutoff: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday–Friday
Orders placed after the cutoff time are processed the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time

Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
This includes order verification, packaging, and dispatch. - Transit Time: 4-6 business days (Monday–Friday)

Shipping Costs
- Free Standard Shipping is offered on all eligible orders shipped to Canada.
- No minimum purchase is required.
Any applicable duties or taxes for international shipments (if introduced in the future) are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders are shipped using reliable third-party carriers, which may include:

- UPS
- FedEx
Carrier selection is based on destination and logistics availability.
Order Tracking
Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates can be viewed through the carrier’s tracking system.
